Prime 490 has grown from their origins as a steakhouse to include seafood and a wide range of original dishes. Of course, you can order prime cuts of beef and their amazing sides. But, we recently were treated to some unique creations such as the Chilled Lobster Salad: pico de gallo, mango salsa, roasted red pepper, baby arugula & citrus vinaigrette. And the Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with fresh basil & red onion, topped with basil oil & balsamic reduction. The appetizer was the Risotto Croquette: paella style with shrimp, lobster, sausage & chicken finished with a citrus mango sauce. The first entree was the Wasabi Pea Crusted Pan Seared Tuna served with Asian slaw & pickled ginger lemon glaze. The Slider Sandwich Trio includes crab cake with roasted red pepper aioli, angus bacon cheddar burger, prime filet with horseradish cream & carmelized onion. For dessert: Chocolate Cheesecake Sundae with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, crumbled chocolate cheesecake & sundae toppings.
