Prime 490 is a new steakhouse in Buffalo with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Located on Rhode Island Street, the newly remodeled restaurant is both elegant & warm. The dishes we recently sampled, prepared by chef Jim Hanson were delectable. Highly recommended are: Deep Fried Balsamic Glazed Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Wasabi Dusted Ahi Tuna, and the Crispy Cajun Crab Cakes. The full menu is available until midnight on weekends and it is perfectly acceptable to enjoy your dinner at the bar.
